Terms and conditions
Definitions “The Guest(s)” – includes all individuals named on the bookingform and/or any booking taken from a business, firm or corporateentity. “Accommodation” – includes a hotel and any part thereof or other premises provided for such purpose. Payment The 50% payment must be made at least  prior to arrival. All bookings made must accompany with  the booking form. All telephone, and email bookings will be held for 5 days pending receipt of completedbooking agreement and deposits. Prices Whilst we reserve the right to change our prices, your confirmationinvoice price is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to change. Arrival and Departure Times The room(s) will be available to incoming guests after the hour of 13:00 p.m on day of arrival, although we will try to have the room(s) ready earlier only if previously requested for and agreed by the management. The guests are expected to vacant their rooms before the hour of 12:00 p.m. In case you have special arrangements, please let us know in advance.Insurance Your booking does not include travel insurance. We strongly advise that all members of your group have the appropriate travel insurance in place prior to travelling. Cancellations Cancellations by the Client: All cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: 1. No penalty for cancellations or amendments up to 15 days 12:00 noon. 2. Cancellations made before 14 days 12:00 noon will be assessed 50% of the total stay amount. 3. No-shows will be assessed 100% of the total stay amount. 4. Amendments are always subject to availability. Only extension requests may be granted within 5 days of check-in date. 5. All cancellations and amendments must be made via e-mail, fax or online and must be confirmed by the hotel. 6. No cancellations or amendments accepted on the day of the arrival. 7. During the New Year period, fairs or national celebration days, cancellations that are made 15 days prior to the check-in date will be charged as full no-show. 8. The hotel management has a right to request credit card details or deposit upon check-in to cover and guarantee any incidental costs that may be incurred during your stay.Cancellations by the owner: The owner reserves the right to cancel your holiday as a resultof unusual and unforeseeable circumstancesbeyond our control which include but are not limited to acts of God, force majeure, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, acts of government, natural or nucleardisaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, closure of ports & airports or similar events. Alterations If you wish to alter any details of your booking you must request this in writing. Alterations may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges applied at the discretion of management. Any alterations to the booking willnot waiver or alter these terms and conditions and they will continue to apply with full effect. Delays The managent will not be liable for any delays prior to arrival at your Accommodation or during the course of any holiday brought about by weather conditions, strikes, traffic congestionor any other circumstances whatsoever, whether foreseen or unforeseen. Responsibilities You are responsible for your own insurance, travel documentsand travel arrangements. Transport, hotels, restaurants, sports and activity providers andother similar services are not under our control and we thereforeshall not be liable for any act or omission on their part. Clients undertake to behave in such a way, as not to disrupt theenjoyment of others or damage the reputation of the owner. The management reserves the right to terminate without compensation or refund the holiday of any person not upholdingthese conditionsand we shall have no furtherobligation to that person.Lost and Stolen Property In the event that guests lose or leave items in the chalet, no responsibility will be accepted if the property is not recovered or returned.The management cannot accept any responsibility for theft either fromthe hotel or at any other time during your holiday.Smoking For health and safety reasons smoking is not permitted within the hotel. Children No matter how much care are taken; skiing chalets are not childproof. We will not be held responsible for any accidents occurringwithin the hotel, it is the parents’ responsibility to ensure their children are supervised at all times. Young children canbe given an early supper which we ask parents to help supervise. Pets – Not allowed.Other Guests The owner reserves the right to have other Guest staying in the hotel unless the entire hotel is booked. Refunds No refunds in respect of meals not taken will be given. Complaints Should youhave cause for complaint, you should make it known to the management or a member of the staff at the earliest opportunityin order that we may take whatever action we consider to be appropriate without delay. If at the end of your holiday you feel that your complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily you must notify us in writing within 30 days of your scheduled date of returnand we will do our best to resolve the issue.
