If you want to experience the pleasure of sleeping in Santa Clause’s house you don’t need to go to Lapland. You’d better stay in our separate wooden two floored house which is constructed entirely of non-standard cylindrical logs of asina. The house is built in synchronization with nature with no use of nails and the roof is fully grassed. You will be pleasantly surprised by the comfort , warmth and romantic atmosphere of this unique house. ​


The prices are in Bulgarian leva, per chalet, per 1 night for the relevant number overnights and include:

  • 1 overnight with breakfast and diner included for 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 kids below 12 years old
  • relax zone (sauna, steam bath, gym)
  • free WI-FI in the rooms and public area
  • insurance, all taxes, VAT 9%
Surcharge:

  • Child (2-11.99 y.) in chalet with 3 adults - 100,00 BGN/ per night
  • 4th adult in chalet with 3 adults - 150 BGN/per night
  • Using of the Russian bath for the accommodated in the Chalet - 300,00 BGN/ per half day
The food we serve is natural and is made by fresh local products from the region by traditional recipes.
For the breakfast and the diner the guests have choice from a daily menu.

Included in the Breakfast:

  1. One hot drinks (tea, coffee espresso, cappuccino, milk and etc.)
  2. Seasonal fruits
  3. Traditional breakfast by the daily menu (mekitsi, banitza, marudnitsi, omelette, pancakes and etc.)
Included in the Diner by choice of the guest:

  1. Soup or salad 
  2. Main dish cooked or BBQ is fixed up to 30.00 BGN per person (in advance agrees with the guests about their preferences), for some of the dishes additional payment is required.
  3. Fresh baked home made pita-bread
  4. Dessert
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
  • Each reservation requires deposit of 50 % of the total stay amount
  • Cancellations received 14 days (till 12.00 am) prior to arrival are not subject to a cancellation fee
  • Deadline for changing the type room / number overnights - 14 days before arrival
  • The special offers can not be combined with other offers and are valid only for the indicated periods
  • Accommodation for groups and corporate events - preparing a bid upon request with specific details (dates, number of nights guests base feed, additional requirements).
