Chef Nikolay Popov and Chef Georgi Boykovski combined their talents and extensive experience to create an exciting 8-course menu.
Their love and passion for cooking infused every bite of the various dishes. What’s more, we witnessed style, class, an exceptional flair for food, an innovative approach and a distinctly original take on the presentation of traditional recipes.
Chef Boykowski is known for his techno-emotional cuisine, he prepares food for the soul that is long sighing for. Chef Popov, on the other hand, is constantly evolving, learning new techniques and proving that a dish can be as beautiful as it is delicious – without compromise in any aspect.
