CONDITIONS


Guest (s) "- include all individual names in the booking form and / or booking taken by business customers, business or corporate entities. "Accommodation" - includes a hotel and any part of it or other premises provided for that purpose.

Payment

We require fifty percent of the reservation payment to be made before the arrival of the guests. Reservations must be accompanied by confirmation letters.

Prices

We reserve the right to change prices. The price per issued invoice is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to change.

Arrival and Departure

The room (s) are available after 13:00 on the day of arrival, although we will try to have a room (s) ready earlier only if you have previously requested and have been approved by the manager. Guests are expected to release their rooms before 12:00. The hotel provides late check-out. Please contact our employee to see if there is any such option. In case you have some commitments and early departure is required, please let us know in advance and we will make sure you have enough time to leave.

Insurance

Your reservation does not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all members of the group provide one.

Cancellation of the reservation

Customer cancellation: Any cancellation must be made in writing. In case of cancellation, the following penalties apply: Up to 14 days before arrival - no penalty will be due 2 to 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of the stay will be retained for the whole period. In case of non-arrival or cancellation of reservation - 100% of the stay will be retained for the whole period.

In the national holiday and cancellation periods you can cancel your reservation up to 20 days before the date of arrival and your prepaid deposit will be refunded 100%. If a reservation is canceled in less than 20 days, the prepaid deposit will be retained at 100%.

Cancellation of the reservation by the owner:

The manager reserves the right to cancel your holiday as a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond his control, including force majeure, war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, government acts, natural or nuclear disasters, unfavorable meteorological conditions, fire, or other similar events.

Changes

If you wish to change some details regarding your booking, you must ask for it in writing.

Delays

The manager is not responsible for any delay before arrival and during rest caused by atmospheric conditions, natural elements, congestion or other circumstances, either foreseen or unforeseen. You are responsible for your own insurance, travel documents and travel arrangements.

Transportation, hotels, restaurants, sports and the activity of suppliers and other similar services are not under our control and we are not responsible for any action or omission on their part.

Customers are required to behave in such a way that they do not interfere with other customers or undermine the prestige and the owner's name. The management reserves the right to terminate without compensation or reimbursement any person who does not fulfill these conditions.

Lost and stolen items

If customers forget or leave something unattended in the hotel, management will not be responsible for recovering or returning it.

The management will not be held responsible for stealing from the hotel or at any other time during your rest.

Food and drinks

According to the legislation in force in the country, it is forbidden to import food and drinks from guests and visitors on the territory of the hotel.

Smoking

For your health and safety, smoking is not allowed in the hotel area.

Children

No matter how much care has been taken, mountain hotels are not recommended for children. We are not responsible for accidents occurring within the hotel, the responsibility of the parents is to keep the children under surveillance all the time. For young children, an early dinner can be given, so we want to help parents.

Pets

Room conditions do not allow pets to be accommodated.

Other guests

The owner reserves the right to have other guests staying at the hotel unless the whole hotel is reserved.

Complaints

If you have a complaint or complaint, you must submit it to the manager or staff member as soon as possible so that we can take any action we consider appropriate without delay.

If at the end of the holiday you feel that the manager has not done so in a satisfactory way, you must let us know in writing and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

When paying with a card, the hotel will charge an additional 2% fee to the payment amount.
