Summer high in the Rhodope Mountains has a rhythm of its own.
The days are filled with sunshine, fresh air, and mountain walks, while the evenings are long, cool, and seemingly endless—as if time itself slows down. Those are the evenings when conversations begin at the dinner table and, without anyone noticing, continue by the fire late into the night.
In July and August 2026, we turn every week into a small summer celebration under the open sky.
Saturday Open-Air Summer Cinema
Every Saturday evening, weather permitting, the hotel courtyard transforms into a cinema under the stars.
An outdoor screen, crisp mountain air, popcorn, and favorite summer treats—draft beer, a glass of wine, homemade lemonade, or ice cream for young and old alike.
Films begin after sunset, when the sky above Gela fills with thousands of stars—so bright that sometimes you forget to watch the screen.
Thursday Evenings – Music and Dancing Under the Sky
Every Thursday night, the evening flows into a DJ set and a party that lasts until sunrise.
No noisy clubs and no city heat—here the music feels free, people gather naturally, and the dancing often turns into an unforgettable night.
Bonire, Stars, and That True Feeling of Summer
Every evening, we light an outdoor fire.
A place where strangers become company, and company becomes friendship.
Children run around late, adults stay just a little longer—and then a little longer still. And just when you think it’s time to go to sleep, someone starts a new story, the sky begins to lighten, and the night quietly welcomes the dawn.
For those not in a hurry to turn in, the mountain offers another experience—night hikes. Under a star-filled sky, in the silence of the Rhodopes, every step brings a sense of freedom. The trails feel different at night, and the memory of such a walk stays with you long after the holiday ends.
And when the sun is still low, you can greet the quiet mornings by foraging for mushrooms and herbs in the mountains.
