More About Sanya:
Sanya Barakova began practicing Ashtanga yoga in 2015 in Portugal, where she took her first steps as an instructor. She completed teacher training with Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci in Bali, two of the most renowned names in the yoga world today. She then traveled to Mysore, India, to practice under the watchful eye of Sharath Jois, the principal teacher of all authorized Ashtanga yoga instructors today. Alongside yoga, the handpan has been a constant companion in her life, with which she has traveled much of the world. Upon returning to Bulgaria in 2018, she began sharing everything she had learned.
Sanya teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and In Flow yoga, adapting to the conditions and level of the group.
