Indulge in an exceptional menu – the exquisite cuisine of the Rhodopes through the eyes of one of the best chefs in contemporary Bulgarian cuisine – Chef Andre Tokev.

Andre Tokev

is the only holder of the Global Masterchef Degree for Eastern Europe and founder of the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs (BAPC). He is known for his perfectionism in his profession. He has an impressive career behind him, which has taken him through major hotel chains around the world, two of which are Michelin star winners. He has judged the most prestigious chef competition in the world, the Bocuse d’Or… and – oh yes – he is the creator of the popular restaurant ANDRé. During our dinner, Chef Tokev will transport you to a new culinary world – where flavors triumph.

Those of you who fail to book your place for dinner can enjoy a special lunch the following day – 3 December, again prepared by Chef Andre.
