The prices are per room, for double occupancy per night, for the respective number of nights, and include:

• Accommodation with breakfast and dinner
• Relaxation area (sauna and steam bath, fitness)
• Free WI-FI
• Insurance, tourist tax, VAT 9%

• A child aged 2–11.99 years in a double room with two adults – 130.00 BGN/night
• A child aged 2–11.99 years in an apartment/chalet with three adults – 130.00 BGN/night
• A third adult in a double room with two adults – 180.00 BGN/night
• A fourth adult in an apartment/chalet with three adults – 180.00 BGN/night
• Single occupancy – 70% of the price of the corresponding accommodation
• Double occupancy in an apartment/chalet – 85% of the price of the corresponding accommodation
  Use of the Russian bath – 300.00 BGN/half day

The food we offer is served and prepared with fresh, seasonal organic products from the region.
The choice of food is based on a daily menu.

1. Hot and cold drinks of your choice (tea, espresso coffee, cappuccino, milk, etc.)

3. Breakfast of your choice from the traditional Rhodopean cuisine
