At the end of April, nestled in the gentle spring embrace of the Rhodope Mountains, Hotel Gela became the setting for a deeply transformative experience – a Bodynamic training led by the method’s very founder, Lisbeth Marcher.
Bodynamic is an innovative system within somatic psychology that explores the connection between muscular memory and psychological development. By mapping over 125 muscles, the method reveals how physical patterns reflect emotional experiences and past traumas. It offers a pathway to deep personal transformation.

The program at Gela blended intensive practice sessions with moments of sharing, music, and quiet reflection amidst the breathtaking mountain views.

The participants not only absorbed theoretical knowledge but also underwent an inner renewal, supported by the calm of nature and the warmth of our space.

We are honored to have been both host and active witness in this group’s process of growth. Here, where silence speaks and nature heals, Bodynamic found its natural home.
We look forward to the next time our paths meet.
