Vlad has been cooking since the age of 14. His culinary journey has taken him through the Netherlands, the U.S., and Belgium – from humble taverns to Michelin-starred kitchens.
Today, he’s behind three of Sofia’s most distinctive culinary spots: Fake French, The Sando Shop, and GloryHole Donuts. No pretenses, just unmistakable style and food that stays with you.
In MENU XII, he returns to the roots, with heart, fire, and flair.
As with every dinner in THE MENU series, this one will be paired with thoughtfully selected wines, a highlight that deepens the flavor and tells a story of its own.
