For the first time, the FEMOTION dance studio is venturing outside Sofia and has chosen Gela as its destination. Three days in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, surrounded by the silence of the mountains, pristine nature, and cozy comfort, dedicated to a profound journey inward: toward the Goddess within you.
The Topic: The Goddess Within You
The Goddess is not something external that we seek. She is what already lives within us – a woman who has passed through her darkness and learned to love her light. A woman who knows the magical places within herself.
Nurturing the Divine Feminine is an essential part of returning to inner balance. When this harmony is found, the connection with the Universe deepens, and one’s soul’s purpose unfolds.
Through movement and presence, participants will explore various approaches, techniques, and exercises that help them reconnect with themselves. Working with the energy of the Goddess, not as an idea, but as a living state, is at the heart of this workshop.
The Program

- Movement Techniques – Body Awareness, Presence
- Choreographies with and without heels
- Practices for Connecting – With Yourself and With the Community
- Rituals for Self-Discovery and Personal Growth
Some of the sessions will take place in nature – outdoors, with a view of the Rhodope Mountains.
