The first step on the forest path brings you back to the simple things: a breath of cold air, the rustle of leaves, the rhythm of your stride. This October we invite you to something special: a single-day immersion for body and mind – returning to basic instincts and turning them into skills, on the ground, in the forest, in the mountain’s own rhythm.
The idea is simple: every day we choose between standing still and moving toward a better version of ourselves. This camp is an invitation to the latter.
Your guide: Mihail Donchev, specialist in self-defence and resilience in extreme conditions. Under his guidance you’ll complete a mountain hike, learn navigation and survival fundamentals, and take part in a practical Commando Krav Maga session (an Israeli self-defence system rooted in the body’s natural stress responses).
How the day unfolds
- Warm-up and setting the mindset for outdoor work
- Mountain route (matched to the group)
- Navigation, survival basics, and safe conduct
- Commando Krav Maga: techniques for responding under stress
- Closing and integration of what was learned
Who is it for?
For people who want real, field-tested skills and confidence. Suitable for both beginners and experienced participants. No prior experience required. What matters is readiness, respect for nature, and a willingness to learn.
