Hotel Gela hosted MENU XIII with guest chef Veselin Kalev from Zornitsa Family Estate. A fine dining evening of exquisite dishes, wine, and the magic of the Rhodopes.

Once again, Gela gathered connoisseurs of culinary art for another fine-dining evening from the series The MENU. The eleventh edition carried that sense of measured elegance that can only arise where the mountain meets the inner world.

We were joined by guest chefs Anton Vasev and Vladislav Penov from COSMOS restaurant – two alchemists of flavor who transform Bulgarian tradition into contemporary culinary art.

In the cozy ambiance of restaurant ZUNA, we once again experienced an evening filled with inspiration, artistry, and culinary excellence.

On a December evening, Hotel Gela transformed into a place where time stood still.
