The next edition of THE MENU takes us in an unexpected direction. Gela will welcome the spirit of Fake French.

Once again, Gela gathered connoisseurs of culinary art for another fine-dining evening from the series The MENU. The eleventh edition carried that sense of measured elegance that can only arise where the mountain meets the inner world.

We were joined by guest chefs Anton Vasev and Vladislav Penov from COSMOS restaurant – two alchemists of flavor who transform Bulgarian tradition into contemporary culinary art.
